We are delighted to invite you and your family to join us in celebrating the Ganesh Festival on Saturday, 6th September 2025, right here in Belgium!

Let’s come together to honor Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the harbinger of wisdom and prosperity. This celebration will be filled with devotion, joy, cultural performances, and delicious food — a perfect opportunity to connect with our community and traditions.

📍 Venue: Parochiecentrum Sint-Andries, Gustaaf Woutersstraat
🕒 Date & Time: Saturday, 6th September | From 11:00 AM onwards detailed agenda below
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Open to all – families, friends, and children are welcome but registration required

Agenda on 6th Sep. 2025:

11:00 AM – Murti Sthapana & Pooja

We begin the celebrations with Murti Sthapana (idol installation) followed by traditional Ganesh Pooja.

🕐 1:00 PM – Group & Individual Aarti

All are welcome to join the Samuhik Aarti (group prayer). Families or individuals can also perform their own Aarti.

🕑 2:00 PM – Prasad Distribution

Prasad will be distributed to all participants after Aarti.

🕓 4:00 PM – Cultural Performances

Enjoy cultural activities including songs, dance, and performances by children and community members.

🕔 5:00 PM – Laddu Auction

Take part in the exciting Laddu Auction – bid for the special prasad laddu and take home blessings!

🕠 5:30 PM – Visarjan Procession

Join us for the Ganesh Visarjan procession with music, dancing, and dhol as we bid farewell to Bappa.

🕡 6:30 PM – Mahaprasad (Dinner for All)

Delicious Indian vegetarian dinner will be served for everyone.

All are warmly invited to stay and enjoy the meal together as we close the day.
